SharePoint Branding / Styling using a predefined table format

To enable the Use Predefined Table Format setting, use SharePoint Designer 2007 to add a link to the SharePoint Server 2007 cascading style sheet. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Start SharePoint Designer 2007.
  • Open the site that contains the page on which you want to use predefined tables.

Note You may have to import the site into SharePoint Designer 2007.

  • Open the _catalogs/masterpage/default.master page.
  • On the Format menu, click CSS Styles, and then click Attach Style Sheet.
  • In the URL box, type /HtmlEditorCustomStyles.css, and then click OK.
    On the File menu, click Save.
